How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is straightforward. We charge a one-time fee equal to 25% of your new team member’s first-year salary. To begin the search, we take a $500 deposit, which is applied to your final payment once you make a hire. If you’re hiring multiple team members at the same time, the fee is reduced:

• 2–4 hires at once: 22.5% per hire
• 5+ hires at once: 20% per hire

This structure keeps costs predictable and rewards companies building larger teams, while ensuring you only pay when we deliver the right candidate.
What if I'm not happy with my new team member?
If the hire isn’t working out, you’re fully protected by our 6-month Perfect Hire Guarantee. We’ll restart the search immediately and typically deliver replacement candidates within 5 business days.

There’s no additional fee, the goal is simply to ensure you have someone who genuinely fits your business.
